How to reset
For your safety, the Records System does not send password-reset emails. Citizenship data is too sensitive to expose to anyone who knows your email address.
Instead, contact your Records System administrator directly. They can issue you a one-time temporary password.
- Email or call the administrator and tell them you need a temporary password.
- They'll send you a temp password (good for one sign-in).
- Sign in with that temp password.
- Immediately change it at
/settings/profile.
